  • Forensic Laboratory Technician II: $1,357.00 Semi-monthly
  • Forensic Laboratory Technician III: $1,478.00 Semi-monthly

Duties:

  • This position is responsible for providing direct support to the Criminalists in the DNA Casework section by maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing reagents, and performing quality assurance and quality control functions.

Requirements:

Forensic Laboratory Technician I:
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and possess at least 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university or comparable experience.
Forensic Laboratory Technician II:
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and possess at least 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university or comparable experience, and two years of experience as a Forensic Laboratory Technician I or comparable experience.
Forensic Laboratory Technician III:
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and possess at least 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university or comparable experience, and two years of experience as a Forensic Laboratory Technician II or comparable experience.
