Salary: $25.66 Hourly

This LTE position will be limited to 600 hours per payroll year and is not guaranteed any specific work hours. Hours would be between 745-430 Monday thru Friday with some flexibility. No weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with receiving, maintaining, transferring, and final disposition (releasing, destroying, auctioning or retaining) of all evidence/property. This includes direct contact with sworn staff to inquire on the case status and the disposition status of each piece of evidence/property; logging and documenting activities related to the custody and movement of property/evidence in an electronic Evidence Management system. Working with the Evidence Coordinator on daily tasks and other projects needing to be completed.


  • High School graduation or equivalent and at least 2 year's experience in a law enforcement or jail environment which demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform the functions of the position.
