Duties: To examine, compare, and identify inked fingerprints that have been submitted through the criminal justice process. To document examination findings and write reports explaining results of their comparisons, and to testify in court as required.
Requirements:
- A degree from a four-year accredited college is not required, but preference will be given to applicants who have a degree.
- Must have the ability to learn to evaluate, examine, compare and identify inked fingerprints.
- Must have the ability to testify in court and to present training to law enforcement and other professionals.
