Duties: This is technical police work in the collection, identification, preparation, presentation and maintenance of criminal evidence. Duties include specialized tasks in photography, video taping, latent fingerprint development and other related evidence work.
Requirements: Qualified applicants must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver's Licence; must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency; and must possess a certificate in Crime Scene Technology from an accredited school (essential). Preferred applicants possess some experience in police or related law enforcement investigation or identification work (desirable).
