Salary: $15.72/hr - $18.57/hr.

Duties: Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, this position is responsible for processing crime scenes including, but not limited to collection and processing of latent fingerprints for use as identification, the collection and preservation of evidence, and photographing of the crime scenes and evidence.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Two years experience in processing of crime scenes, latent print examination or related work preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Completion of formal course in basic fingerprint identification, advanced latent fingerprint identification and administrative advanced fingerprint identification conducted by the FBI preferred. Possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Able to operate necessary equipment, including personal computer, AFIX computer, Polaroid MP-4, 35 mm camera, digital camera, copier, facsimile machine and other standard office equipment.
